• Use our short link or QR code features to redirect to harmful, deceptive, or illegal destinations
• Engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs our services or infrastructure
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access our platform without prior written consent
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity

4. Content Ownership & Licensing

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to SmartBio Pages, including bio pages, links, images, and VCard information. By uploading content, you grant SmartBio Pages a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and deliver your content as necessary to provide the Service.

4.2 Our Content

The SmartBio Pages platform, including its design, features, software, and branding, are owned by SmartBio Pages and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute our platform or brand assets without explicit written permission.

5. Plans, Billing & Payments

SmartBio Pages offers Free, Pro, and Business plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected during signup. By subscribing to a paid plan, you:

• Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Acknowledge that pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice
• Understand that refunds are subject to our refund policy (14-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions)
• Agree that failure to pay may result in service interruption or account suspension

6. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until then. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay for a paid plan. Upon termination, your bio pages, short links, and QR codes will be deactivated.

7. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to maintain 99%+ uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

8. Analytics Data

Analytics data provided through SmartBio Pages (clicks, views, geographic data, etc.) is provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that analytics data is 100% precise. You may not use analytics data from SmartBio Pages in a manner that violates applicable privacy laws.

9. Third-Party Services

SmartBio Pages may integrate with or link to third-party services (payment processors, social platforms, etc.). Your use of these third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. SmartBio Pages is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
